Is this an ongoing contract?
No. It is a fixed-scope project: we set up, tune, test and hand over. If you also want monthly reporting on your AI tools, that is Results & Metrics.
Do we need new equipment?
Not always. We start with what you have and only recommend replacing something when it is the bottleneck.
Will this make our internet faster?
It makes the network inside your office work properly. If the internet line itself is too slow, we show you the measurements and you decide whether to upgrade it.
Can you guarantee speeds?
No. We measure before and after with you and report what changed, including anything that didn't improve.
Do you come on site?
Yes, across Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. Some checks can also be done remotely.
