AI Audit · one week · $750 flat

AI Audit: find the hours your week is losing

In one week we map how your business actually runs, rank the five places where automation would save the most time, and give you a plain-English 90-day plan. $750 flat, credited in full toward a Starter workflow if you go ahead within 30 days.

Who it's for

Owners of businesses with 5 to 50 people who know the week is full of copying, chasing and re-typing but don't know what to fix first. That includes offices, clinics, accounting firms, real estate teams and home-based businesses.

What you get

  • A 45-minute interview with you about where the week goes
  • A map of your recurring work: who does it, how long it takes, where it gets stuck
  • Your top 5 time-savers, ranked by hours saved, risk and effort
  • The things we'd leave alone, and why
  • A short written report with a 90-day roadmap, rough costs and the baseline we'd measure against
  • A 30-minute readout call. The report is yours to keep, whoever you use next.
Fixed scope, fixed price

What your $750 gets

Everything below is included in the flat fee. Building, configuring or buying anything is not part of the audit; anything we recommend is quoted separately, as a fixed price in writing.

One week, $750 flat

Fixed price for businesses with 5 to 50 people, agreed in writing before we start. The clock starts once the interview is booked and any read-only access is in place.

About 75 minutes of your time

A 45-minute owner interview and a 30-minute readout. The audit is owner-only, so we don't need time from your staff.

A map of your recurring work

Who does it, how long it takes and where it gets stuck, from your interview and any read-only access you choose to give us.

Your top 5 time-savers, ranked

Ranked by hours saved, risk and effort, plus the things we'd leave alone, and why.

A written report you keep

A 90-day roadmap with rough costs and the baseline we'd measure against. It's yours, whoever you use next.

The fee comes back as credit

Your full $750 is credited toward a Starter workflow if you go ahead within 30 days of the readout. If not, you keep the plan.

How the week works

  1. Day 1: owner interview, in person in Gwinnett and Metro Atlanta or by video.
  2. Days 2–3: we map the real work from your interview and any read-only access you choose to give us.
  3. Day 4: we rank the opportunities and estimate time, cost and risk for each.
  4. Day 5: you get the report and we walk you through it.

The clock starts once the interview is booked and any read-only access is in place.

AI Audit agreement (version 1, October 2026)

  1. Scope. Green Orb, Inc. ("Green Orb") will interview the owner (about 45 minutes), map the business's recurring work, rank the top 5 time-saving opportunities, list what to leave alone, and deliver a written report with a 90-day roadmap, rough costs and a baseline, followed by a 30-minute readout. Building, configuring or buying anything is not included.
  2. Fixed price. $750 flat, plus applicable taxes. No hourly billing and no extras without your written approval.
  3. Payment. Paid in full when you reserve. If Green Orb can't start your audit within 30 days of payment, you get a full refund.
  4. You own everything. The report, the roadmap, and any notes or files made for you are yours to keep and use with anyone. Any access you give is read-only, and you can revoke it at any time.
  5. Stop after any step. There is no obligation to buy anything after the audit.
  6. Credit. If you start a Starter workflow within 30 days of the readout, the full $750 is credited toward it.
  7. Confidentiality. Green Orb keeps your information confidential and never publishes your name, details or results without your written permission, except as you agree in clause 8.
  8. Founding client (optional; applies only if you opt in below). In exchange for one of this month's founding slots, you agree to give Green Orb an honest testimonial after the readout, in your own words, and permission to publish the results we measured with you. You choose whether your name and business are shown or kept anonymous, and you can review the text before it's published. You are not asked for a positive review: your price, credit and services do not depend on what you say. Any testimonial Green Orb publishes will say it came from a founding client.
  9. No guarantee of results. The audit gives recommendations and estimates. Actual time or cost savings depend on your business and are not guaranteed.
  10. Not legal, tax or HR advice. Get those from a qualified professional.
  11. Governing law. Georgia law applies.
  12. Acceptance. Ticking the box and typing your name below means you accept this agreement. Clause 8 applies only if you also tick the founding-client box.

What you get

From a real AI Audit report

Sample, client details removed

A 20-person professional-services firm. Figures are left out unless they were measured; the items below are examples of the format.

Top 5 time-savers

  1. New-inquiry intake. Sort web, email and phone-message requests, draft a first reply for approval.
  2. Lead follow-up. Automatic, personal follow-ups at day 1, 3 and 7 until someone answers.
  3. Handbook questions. Staff ask the policy handbook directly instead of interrupting the office manager.
  4. Document summaries. Long client documents summarized into a one-page brief for review.
  5. Weekly status report. Pulled together from the systems the firm already uses.

The real report adds measured hours from the baseline and rough costs for each item.

Approval queue

Nothing goes to a client on its own. Drafts land in one review queue; a named person approves, edits or rejects each one, and every decision is logged. HR decisions and anything involving money stay with people.

Real client work

How we measure before and after

The AI Audit works the same way our client projects do: measure a baseline, change things carefully, then report the before and after with the method stated.

Here is a recent client project. It was website and speed work, not an AI Audit, and we report only what we measured.

Client case study

Website and speed work for a regional staffing company

We built and launched their new website, set up search and analytics tools, and tuned it for speed: mobile PageSpeed went from 82 to 95 and main-content load time from 4.3 s to 2.1 s (medians of 3 runs).

Website and performance work, not an AI Audit result. The client isn't named.

Questions people ask

Is this just a sales pitch for a bigger project?

No. It's a paid diagnosis with a report you keep. Plenty of owners carry out the roadmap themselves, or decide now isn't the time.

How much time does it take from us?

About 45 minutes for the interview and 30 minutes for the readout. The audit is owner-only, so we don't need time from your staff.

Will you tell us not to automate something?

Yes, when that's the honest answer. Sometimes a checklist or a small process change beats new software.

Do you need access to our systems?

Only read-only access to what's relevant, ideally with someone showing us. Never send passwords by email.

Can you guarantee how many hours we'll save?

No. We estimate, set a baseline with you, and measure against it after anything is built.

What if we have more than 50 people or several locations?

We'll quote a custom audit after a free 30-minute call.

How much does it cost?

The AI Audit is a flat $750 for businesses with 5 to 50 people, agreed in writing before we start. Your full AI Audit fee is credited toward a Starter workflow if you go ahead within 30 days of the readout. Why a paid audit instead of a free one? You get a written plan, a baseline measured with you, and the fee back as credit toward setup. Setup, Prompt Engineering and the monthly Results & Metrics work are priced in writing after the free 30-minute call, once we know the workflow, always as a fixed price before work begins.
