Can you guarantee reinstatement or verification?
No. Google alone decides, and anyone promising "inside access" is a red flag. We make sure you meet Google's published requirements before you use your one appeal.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You stay signed in on your own phone. We look over your shoulder and coach.
What documents will I need?
Google lists business registration, a business license, tax certificates and utility bills (electric, phone, water, internet). The name and address on each should match your profile. We'll go through yours on the call.
I'm a contractor working from home with no sign. Can I still verify?
Usually, yes, as a service-area business. Google's video rules for service-area businesses let you show nearby street signs or landmarks, your tools or branded vehicle, and proof you manage the business. We'll plan that video with you.
My sign is in two languages. Is that a problem?
It can be. Google doesn't allow the same name repeated in two scripts in the profile name, even if your sign shows both. Pick one for the profile; your sign can stay as it is.
Should I just make a new profile?
No. Google specifically says not to create a new profile for the same business, and doing so can make things worse.
